Cancellations, No-shows, Late arrivals
We understand that even with the most well intentioned plans sometimes life just happens. We ask that when at all possible a minimum of 24hrs notice is given to avoid any cancellation fees. Same day cancellations or cancellations made outside of the 24hr cancellation window will be subject to a charge of 50% of the original appointment value. Failure to notify us before your appointment time will result in a no-show status and will be charged 100% of the original appointment value. Please understand that in order to provide optimal service we require that you arrive prior to the start of your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10mins late may be refused service or services may be reduced when booking multiple treatments. Late arrivals may also be subject to the late cancellation policy when service is no longer able to be provided due to tardiness. We will try our very best to offer service excellence on every occasion and to make accommodations whenever possible.
